Everytime I post some kind of workout picture on my Instagram I get a lot of questions about what I eat, do I go to the gym etc. So today’s post is going to be a little bit different… I will share with you my everyday routine and what I do to have healthy body.Even though I don’t have regular job my mornings start pretty early – about 8am (well it is not that early for a lot of people:))) then after I do my morning routine in bathroom, I have breakfast. It is so important to eat when you get up, and I don’t understand how people can survive without breakfast :))) For me, it is the most important meal of the day. So what I eat? Most of the time on my morning menu is porridge and green tea. I like to have my oats with some almond/oat milk, fruits and honey. I also love to add some dark chocolate (+74%), drink my green tea and I am full of energy! Oh, and I also drink some warm lemonade, when I remember to do it. I get so excited about porridge that I forget that step sometimes 😀

For lunch I love salads so mostly I eat that with some chicken or tuna but lately I am getting obsessed with avocado toast and egg on top, so that is also one of my favorite lunches.

Dinner is for bananas in my case:) I will usually have either banana homemade healthy ice cream with some nuts and cinnamon or just banana + honey + greek yogurt. Some people say that fruits for dinner are not ok, but I believe that bananas help promote sleep because they contain the natural muscle-relaxants magnesium and potassium and they’re also carbs which will help make you sleepy as well. So for me, bananas are overall health promoters and I will say yes to them, always:)

I eat about 5 times a day. In between meals I will usually have some nuts/fruits or smoothie. Now let’s talk about coffee. I don’t drink my coffee first thing in the morning because green tea do the magic for me. I love some creamy coffee but I don’t drink it everyday so when I do, it will be mostly between meals.

Last but not least about my meals is water. I drink it all day long. Minimum for me is 2L per day but the bigger thr number, the better it is.

I can’t say that I don’t eat sweets because sometimes I do. I am not obsessed with counting calories, I just listen to my body and when I feel like to have something sweet I will have some dark chocolate or grab that piece of cake when I feel to do it, but I have to admin that this happens very rarely – except raw and healthy ones, I eat that a lot 😀

When it comes to workout I try to do it everyday, but when I don’t feel like doing it, I won’t get angry about that. Then I will do even harder training next day and keep the balance:) 3× times a week is minimum so try to do it everyday even though it is 20 minutes. For fit and healthy body you don’t have to workout 2 hours a day – that is for professionals 🙂
So I rather workout on my ForceStraps (TRX) do some NTC (Nike training app) and yoga. Sometimes I will also go for some power walk, swimming and that is it. And yes, I still don’t like to run 😀
