A comfort zone is a beautiful place, but nothing really grows there. We all have our insecurities, doubts and stubborn moments. These all tie-in with our inability to step outside of our comfort zone in our twenties. I have to admit that I am one of those people who loves to be different and not doing what everyone else does but when it comes to doing something I have never done before – I get scared. I want everything to be perfect right after I do it even for the first time and that is the main reason I struggle with comfort zone.
Comfort zone is one thing I have to leave if I want to make my dreams come true and there is no better place to share my fear and start new chapter than my blog.

If you’re someone who needs a little push too, here are some tips for stepping outside of your comfort zone.

1. Believe
Our thoughts have power. You are stronger than you think, so believe in yourself and believe that things can change.

2. Accept the challenge
Great thing never came from comfort zone. When was the last time you really challenged yourself?
Set goals that allow you to leave your comfort zone and look at yourself as someone who accept challenges.

3. Change your daily routine
We are creators of habit and rituals. Start small with something you wouldn’t normally do. Work to find ways to stretch your personal boundaries. Always strive for more.

4. Take steps
Start something that matters and set your goals. Working up to things slowly will help you change yourperspective and see that things are possible.

5. Overcome fear
Don’t fear failure. Everyone that has ever been successful has failed. Focus on the process not the outcome. No fear, no distractions.

If you want something you’ve never had than you’ve got  to do something you’ve never done.
