Bikini season is just around the corner and now is the perfect time to talk about this topic.
First I want to make it clear that I am not nutritionist or fitness instructor but I sure take care of my body and since this is lifestyle blog I want to share pretty much everything that I do on daily basis, from outfits to workouts.
Today I want to share my tips and what I do and eat to keep my belly flat. There are exercises that target your abs to help you get the stomach you’ve always dreamed of, but if you really want to double-team belly bulge, then you’ll need to cut sugar and processed carbs while also incorporating fat-burning foods into your ”diet”.
1. Break up your meals
Change your food habits, take small meal portions 5-6 times a day this way calories get distributed and you feel full through the day and there is no need for overeating and fast food.
Don’t skip your breakfast! By consuming healthy food first thing in the morning you jumpstart your body’s metabolism. I love to start my day first with warm lemonade than porridge & green tea.
2. Belly flattening superstars
– Oatmeal & Porridge
– Green tea
– Dark chocolate
– Almonds and nuts
– Avocado
– Salmon
3. Change up your Lifestyle
– Eat fruits and veggies
– Watch the sugar
– Stay hydrated/Drink water
– Portion control
– Whole grains
– Avoid fried foods
– Be active
These are the tips & foods that I eat and do daily and since my belly is flat there is no doubt that this is working. It sure depends also on your body type and I have naturally smaller waist which isn’t so hard to keep unlike my booty:)
Hugs!

Great tips! I started doing kickboxing almost a year ago and it has definitely helped to tighten up my tummy. I also drastically reduced my sugar intake — and have noticed quite a difference.

Lily, I think that abs are first made in the kitchen. It’s about 70% diet/clean eating and 30% workout. It’s great to exercise but it’s also important what you eat/drink if you want to lose weight around your midsection 🙂
Hope these tips will help you achieve your goals!

They sure do Funmi – first you have to eat right food and than you have to work hard. But in the end it’s totally worth it! 🙂
